Tier

Where P and D-P land

Tier — P x D-P zones

P1, P2, and P3 are three different combinations of slot participation and day participation, each stricter than the last. P1 and P3 also need this slot’s participation to be running ahead of the day’s — the zones above are the general shape, not the exact edge case.

Takeaway: Tier isn’t one number crossing one line — it’s two numbers agreeing.

What

Tier is a phase-sync gate: it checks whether P and D-P are elevated together, today, in a specific combination. Only P1, P2, or P3 show in the cell — anything short of those three combinations leaves it blank.

So what

P1 is the strictest: both slot and day volume are running hot, with the current slot leading the day. P2 relaxes that — a genuinely busy day is enough on its own. P3 is the loosest qualifying combination, still meaningfully above normal on both counts. Blank doesn’t mean quiet, it just means this specific combination hasn’t fired.

Now what

P1 is worth the most attention precisely because it’s the hardest to reach by accident. P2 and P3 are still real signal, just with lower bars — cross-check Vol or 4H before deciding how much weight to give a P3 on its own. 1st tells you how long ago the tier first fired today, which matters as much as which tier it is.
