Terms and Conditions
Institutional Charts is a trade name of Elbaze Holding B.V. (KVK: 92437637), located in the Netherlands.
1. Ordering Information
To purchase a subscription, select your desired plan (Pro or Founder) from our website. You will be required to provide your email address, name, and country on our secure checkout page before being redirected to our payment provider, Mollie. By providing these details, you ensure that your license key can be delivered to the correct recipient.
2. Order Status and Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed via Mollie, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Your digital license key will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. While we aim for instant delivery, please allow up to 4 hours for the system to process your order. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder or join our Discord for immediate support.
3. Modifying an Order
Due to the nature of digital software licenses, once a payment is completed and a license key is generated, the order cannot be modified, downgraded, or exchanged for a different tier at the same price point. Tier upgrades are available upon request — contact us via Discord or email at cs@institutionalcharts.com. If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact us immediately via our Discord support channel so we can manually update your record before fulfillment.
4. Payments and Security
All payments are handled securely by Mollie. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Access to our internal API and sensitive configuration files is strictly restricted to ensure your transaction data remains private.
5. Cancellation and Refunds — Pro (monthly)
The Pro plan is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your license will no longer be renewed. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing period. As Institutional Charts provides digital content available for immediate use upon delivery, you explicitly agree that the service starts immediately with your consent and waive your right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered. We encourage all users to review the documentation and technical requirements before completing a purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Refunds) — Founder (one-time)
The Founder tier includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your purchase via Discord or email at cs@institutionalcharts.com. Once the 30-day period has elapsed, the standard no-refund policy for digital licenses applies. We encourage all users to review the documentation and technical requirements before completing a purchase.
7. Disclaimer
For the purposes of these Terms: Owner means Elbaze Holding B.V., trading as Institutional Charts; Content means the Institutional Charts software, documentation, indicators, data feeds as provided, and related materials; and User means you, whether you are browsing the website or holding a valid license. Institutional Charts provides high-performance data visualization tools (including 4Hz real-time charts) intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Content is compiled with reasonable care; however, the Owner accepts no liability for financial losses or inaccuracies in market data. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the software code, indicators, or Content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
